Launching 31st May 2021
All organisations have a duty to meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and promote equality and inclusion in their organisation. This includes schools.
It is vital all staff are trained on equality, diversity and inclusion. This helps to promote equality of opportunity and avoid discrimination in your school. It also sets a positive example to the children learning there, and encourages their growth into well-rounded, tolerant and openminded individuals.
Our comprehensive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Certificate guides you through the requirements of equality law and how to promote equality and inclusion in your school. It also includes a ‘train the trainer’ module to help you train all staff and promote a positive ethos and culture, which teachers will benefit from as well.
